Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Kindly take note that we only accept returns for defective products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@easysleep.co.za. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 17 Duminy St, Parow East, Western Cape, 7500

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully. We also do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If you wish to change the size of an item and the packaging has not been open and is in its original condition, you can email us to organise an exchange. Postage costs to return and re-dispatch the order will not be covered by Easy Sleep (Pty) Ltd.

We do not accept order cancellations for change of mind, however, all policies are in line with local consumer laws and will never replace the relevant legislation.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
